About the Opportunity
The Bosch Group YES Programme aims to empower unemployed South African youth by offering them practical workplace experience and skill development. Over 12 months, participants will receive mentorship and be placed in various departments within Bosch operations, gaining invaluable insights and exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Participants will:
– Engage in a 12-month mentorship and training programme.
– Work across different departments at Bosch Midrand Offices and Bosch Brits Manufacturing Plant.
– Develop practical skills and workplace experience.
Requirements/Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must:
– Have a Grade 12/Matric.
– Be South African citizens aged 18 to 35.
– Be currently unemployed.
– Be fluent in English.
– Not have previously participated in a YES Programme.
Advantageous Qualifications
A Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commercial fields, Finance, or Sales and Marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
