What You’ll Do
- Manage litigation and appeals in various courts, including the High Courts and Labour Courts.
- Draft and settle diverse agreements on behalf of various clients.
- Provide legal opinions and advice to guide decision-making processes.
- Handle all forms of arbitration, including inter-departmental disputes and debt collection.
- Ensure effective people management within your team.
What You’ll Need
- An NQF level 7 qualification in Law / LLB as recognized by SAQA.
- A four-year recognized legal qualification and admission as an Attorney.
- At least 2 years of appropriate post-qualification legal or litigation experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong skills in computer literacy, legal research, and drafting.
- Proficiency in dispute resolution and case flow management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
