What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive demand management services to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee the acquisition and purchasing processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage asset management services to maintain accountability and efficiency.
- Supervise transport services, ensuring timely and effective logistics support.
- Render stores and warehousing services, optimizing inventory management.
- Lead and mentor subordinates, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate combined with a relevant qualification at NQF Level 6 in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Financial Management.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management at a supervisory level.
- A valid driver’s license (exceptions apply for persons with disabilities).
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks, including the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations.
- Strong program and project management skills, with capabilities in financial management, communication, policy analysis, and report writing.
