What You’ll Do

  • Manage the administration of the student registration process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate workshops to promote awareness of registration and admission policies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new student enrolments.
  • Supervise the management of student data systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on financial aid, accommodation, and bursary assistance for students.
  • Oversee orientation programmes and ensure accurate capturing of student data on the Information Technology System (ITS).
  • Administer student financial aid and bursary support, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Manage the issuance and upkeep of learning materials, including textbooks.
  • Coordinate career exhibitions and marketing events to promote college programmes.
  • Ensure optimal performance of all resources within the unit in line with institutional policies.

What You’ll Need

  • Relevant Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / NCV Certificate (Level 4).
  • A recognised three-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Degree in Business Administration, Public Management, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in an administrative environment.
  • A valid Code B driver’s license is essential.
  • Experience in the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) sector is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of enrolment standard operating procedures and data capturing procedures.
  • Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.
  • Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
