What You’ll Do

  • Provide support for stakeholder coordination and reporting within the CEO’s office.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of stakeholder engagements, including schedules and meeting packs.
  • Draft and prepare reports, briefing notes, minutes, and action logs for effective communication.
  • Coordinate inputs from both internal departments and external stakeholders for CEO engagements.
  • Track stakeholder commitments and relevant correspondence requiring the CEO’s attention.
  • Maintain evidence files for reporting, audits, and institutional memory.
  • Support reporting on Schedule 3A transition workstreams as needed.
  • Assist in managing employee-related matters within the directorate.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate bachelor’s degree or national diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in stakeholder coordination, reporting, or executive support.
  • Strong skills in report writing, meeting administration, and correspondence tracking.
  • Familiarity with Batho Pele principles and Public Service Regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and a strong orientation towards service delivery.
