What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the development and implementation of service delivery models for the department.
  • Coordinate change management interventions and respond to related requests.
  • Advise on the appointment of external change management specialists as needed.
  • Review and update Service Delivery Improvement Plans (SDIPs), consolidating inputs from various branches.
  • Coordinate service excellence awards and prepare for awards ceremonies.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and coordinate Batho Pele awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor the implementation of Batho Pele strategies and facilitate training for middle and senior managers.
  • Compile and submit quarterly reports on service delivery initiatives and compliance.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development and service delivery improvement.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills in monitoring, evaluation, facilitation, and report writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
