What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management system
- Support various committees including the Risk Management Committee and Ethics Management Committee
- Conduct capacity-building initiatives to enhance understanding of risk management
- Implement frameworks for Business Continuity, Compliance Management, and Combined Assurance
- Prepare and present quarterly reports to key forums, including the Risk Management and Audit Committees
- Facilitate awareness programs on Business Continuity, Ethics Management, and Compliance Management
- Provide administrative support to the directorate
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF level 6 in Risk Management or Auditing
- A minimum of three years’ experience at a supervisory or practitioner level in internal audit or risk management
- Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations
- Familiarity with the Public Service Anti-Corruption Strategy and departmental measures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer literacy and governance-related information
- Valid Driver’s License
