What You’ll Do
- Support the logging and tracking of cases received through the Presidential Hotline
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of responses from national departments and provinces
- Assist in research and knowledge management to improve service delivery
- Provide administrative support to various projects within the Hotline Directorate
- Manage communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
What You’ll Need
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/Degree) in Public Administration, Communications, Developmental Studies, Humanities, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, project management, or customer care
- Strong report writing, research methodology, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Personal attributes include being assertive, client-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
