What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to enhance the College’s brand.
- Manage corporate communications and media relations to ensure consistent messaging.
- Coordinate marketing, promotions, and branding initiatives to elevate the College’s identity.
- Oversee the creation of publications, including brochures, reports, and promotional materials.
- Organize special events and marketing projects that showcase the College’s offerings.
- Maintain and update the College’s website, ensuring engaging content and design.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather stories and articles for newsletters.
- Manage human and financial resources within the marketing unit, fostering staff development.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate with a National Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications environment, including supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fully bilingual in English and another official language.
- A valid Code B driver’s license.
- Knowledge of TVET Colleges’ policies, governance, and the Higher Education sector.
- Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and client liaison.
