CUSTOMER SERVICE & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Sentinel Staffing Services is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Customer Service & Client Engagement Representative based in Brits. This role involves managing client interactions, conducting outbound communications, and maintaining the client database. There is potential for remote work at a later stage and opportunities to develop into a full-time recruiter within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Manage client databases effectively.
Engage with clients to support recruitment processes.
Perform client communication and follow-up tasks.
Assist in database management and client record updates.
