About the Opportunity
Takealot is seeking enthusiastic and qualified candidates for its Internship Programme 2026/2027. This program is designed to provide practical workplace experience, technical development, and soft-skills training. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining insights into the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
*HR Intern – Johannesburg*
– Assist with HR administration, including filing, scanning, and preparing documents.
– Manage onboarding processes and support employee HR queries.
– Administer HR systems and assist with payroll and CCMA cases.

*Customer Service & Customer Insights Intern – Cape Town*
– Analyze customer service data and identify trends.
– Support the creation and review of standard operating procedures.
– Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications
*HR Intern*
– N6 in Human Resources.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of South African labor legislation.

*Customer Service & Customer Insights Intern*
– N6 Certificate in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
– Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
