What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date infrastructure asset register.
  • Provide technical assistance to municipalities in evaluating infrastructure maintenance budgets and expenditures.
  • Support municipalities in analyzing infrastructure plans and budget allocations, ensuring alignment with maintenance requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Built Environment or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6, as recognized by SAQA.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong competencies in strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in team and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting processes, presentation, writing skills, and people management.
