What You’ll Do

  • Oversee technical support and operational readiness during the D365 implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Ensure system stability and effective issue resolution throughout the D365 rollout.
  • Perform analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Monitor and fine-tune performance for D365 instances to optimize system functionality.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with developers and business partners for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Coordinate ICT service delivery, including user support and system administration.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of business systems and enterprise resource planning.
  • Ensure proper ICT governance, including risk management and disaster recovery planning.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate bachelor’s degree or national diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in ICT, with at least 3-5 years of Microsoft D365 application support.
  • Experience with all phases of Microsoft D365 software development life cycle, using Azure DevOps and LCS.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Platform services such as Azure Service Bus and PowerApps.
  • Knowledge of public sector ICT governance frameworks, such as DPSA and POPIA.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
