What You’ll Do

  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify functional training gaps within the department.
  • Compile and present service delivery performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with training regulations and quality assurance processes.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant 3-year National Diploma/Degree in ICT, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or Public Administration.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or junior management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about Employee Benefits schemes and the Skills Development Act.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • An ethical approach to business conduct and a customer-oriented mindset.
