What You’ll Do

• Manage the collection and recording of revenue for the college.
• Oversee cashier functions, banking services, and electronic payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies during the collection and safekeeping of funds.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify the validity of electronic payments.
• Supervise debt management efforts and liaise with debtors on complex cases.
• Monitor income against budget forecasts and develop corrective measures as needed.
• Oversee payroll transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Manage expenditure related to goods, services, and transfer payments.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 certificate or Matric.
• A recognized National Diploma in Financial Management (NQF 6) or an equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial management environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of PSET and CET Acts, PFMA, and Treasury Regulations.
• A valid driver’s license.
