What You’ll Do
- Develop and monitor the registration process for labour organizations
- Gather and analyze information to ensure compliance of labour organizations with relevant legislation
- Oversee the extension of collective agreements and their implications
- Enhance the capacity of labour market institutions through strategic initiatives
- Manage resources within the Sub-Directorate, including human resources and assets
- Foster a collaborative environment that supports high-performance teams
What You’ll Need
- A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) or an Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF 7) in Social Science, Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Law (LLB), or Public Administration
- A minimum of four years’ experience, with at least two years at a supervisory level and two years in Labour Relations or Human Resources Management
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong knowledge of public service transformation, compliance legislation, and departmental policies
- Excellent project management, administration, and financial management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills
