What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for project management and programme execution.
- Develop and prepare funding proposals for various initiatives.
- Oversee procurement processes and compliance with project terms and conditions.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing mitigation measures as needed.
- Coordinate and engage with stakeholders to develop and implement project strategies.
- Support alignment with municipal Integrated Development Plans and Spatial Development Frameworks.
- Assist in budget planning and financial management, monitoring expenditures and preparing financial reports.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or project management within an economic development environment.
- Strong working knowledge of infrastructure and sector development, public administration, and project management.
- Proficiency in numeracy, computer literacy, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to facilitate and present effectively.
