  • Supervise and mentor staff, sharing knowledge of best practices and techniques.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with new technologies and procedures.

What You’ll Need

  • Appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Painting.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Public Service Regulations and Project Coordination.
  • Technical design and analysis skills, including report writing.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
