What You’ll Do
- Supervise and maintain quality standards across various support service components.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on monthly expenditures against the allocated budget.
- Manage support staff performance, including leave and compliance with HR policies.
- Ensure effective administration and implementation of relevant policies, including Occupational Health & Safety and National Core Standards.
- Facilitate efficient operations within the Support Services to enhance overall service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in healthcare support services.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Willingness to work standby and overtime as needed.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly MS Office and Logis.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage conflict effectively and compile analytical reports.
