What You’ll Do

  • Collect and receive invoices from Registry Services and capture them on the Re-a-Patala system.
  • Identify discrepancies related to payment certificates and update payments on the WCS.
  • Liaise with project consultants and contractors, addressing queries and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for project documents and ensure smooth information flow within the office.
  • Provide logistical support for committee meetings and workshops, including arranging meetings and typing documents.
  • Prepare and disseminate status reports on project development and keep project managers informed of budget adjustments.
  • Process documents related to claims and payments, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Public or Project Administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in Office Administration or Project Administration.
  • Knowledge and experience with the WCS system.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in office software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
