What You’ll Do
- Supervise the processing and flow of housing subsidy applications.
- Ensure effective liaison services with all relevant role players.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the Housing Subsidy System.
- Provide training and logistical support to team members.
- Perform supervisory functions to ensure operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative environment.
- Knowledge of financial and administrative prescripts relevant to the public sector.
- Understanding of legislation, regulations, and policies pertinent to the Department.
- Proficiency in general office administration and database management.
- Strong skills in numeracy, typing, computer literacy, and project management.

Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year working experience in an administrative environment.Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Financial and administrative prescripts governing the public sector, the Western Cape Government, and the Department; Legislation, regulations, policies, and prescripts that are relevant to the Department and the component; General office administration processes; Database and information management processes; Project administration processes; Record-keeping legislation, regulations, policies, prescripts and processes; People management prescripts, policies and processes.
