What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative assurance services to support departmental operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with Treasury, Internal Audit, and the Auditor-General to streamline processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in performance management initiatives to enhance departmental effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

  • Matric certificate and an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Financial Accounting or Internal Auditing, recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, public finance, and auditing practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and planning and organizing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
