What You’ll Do
- Provide assessment and examination administration services to clients within the Education District.
- Execute all assessment and examination administrative processes within prescribed timelines.
- Verify and approve processed applications and handle investigations related to registration, certifications, and results.
- Administer the certification process, including processing and publishing results, as well as managing queries and remarking requests.
- Maintain effective communication with schools regarding certification directives and updates.
- Support the registration process for various certificates and manage invigilator applications.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of workshops, meetings, and conferences related to assessments.
- Develop and maintain systems to improve the efficiency of the Assessment and Examinations unit.
- Prepare and compile reports on assessment-related data and collaborate with the Assessment and Examination Coordinator.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent, along with a relevant 3-year post-school qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in clerical or administrative roles.
- A valid driver’s license (excluding code A/A1).
- Advanced knowledge of relevant software and examination directives.
- Strong document drafting, organizing, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated client service orientation and sound judgment in handling queries.
- Basic research skills and the ability to analyze various documents and situations.
