What You’ll Do
- Oversee the administration of strategic planning and reporting processes.
- Manage the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy and Risk Management.
- Ensure compliance with the Service Delivery Improvement Plan (SDIP).
- Administer and control human and physical resources allocated to the role.
- Facilitate questions and recorded responses regarding the department’s mandates from the Provincial Legislature.
- Address and manage the findings and recommendations from the Auditor General.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience (at least four years) in a relevant administrative role.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Competency in general computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
