What You’ll Do
- Supervise and implement complex human resource administration practices, including recruitment and selection.
- Handle HR administration inquiries and provide advisory services to employees.
- Manage the personnel management and administration functions within the Area Office.
- Administer HRD and training coordination, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
- Oversee leave management and service conditions for all staff.
- Prepare and submit reports within the financial year closure.
- Supervise and develop human resources staff within Corporate Services.
- Administer corporate services functions and manage the departmental budget.
- Ensure transport and travel arrangements align with departmental policies.
What You’ll Need
- National Diploma or Degree in Public Management, Administration, or Human Resources Management at NQF level 7 or relevant qualification.
- One to three years of relevant experience in Administration or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and experience with PERSAL systems.
- A valid unexpired driver’s license.
- Knowledge of HR processes, relevant legislation, and basic financial management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage people and foster a client-oriented environment.
