What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Director of Support Services, including office management.
- Organize the manager’s diary, schedule meetings, and manage overlapping requests.
- Ensure accuracy in documents and submissions before presenting them for management approval.
- Build and maintain relationships with various components and stakeholders.
- Type and distribute minutes for meetings and manage office operations in the absence of the Deputy Director.
- Request and compile necessary documents from line managers to meet deadlines.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests related to support services as they arise.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant office administration experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
