What You’ll Do

  • Collect, verify, and validate health data for submission to the District Information Office.
  • Conduct audits of health information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training on health information management to staff and monitor data trends within the Sub-district.
  • Implement and uphold Information Management Policies and Guidelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders through verbal, telephonic, and written communications.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Assist with DITCOM processes and provide local IT support in collaboration with the provincial office.

What You’ll Need

  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent) as the minimum educational qualification.
  • Relevant experience in Information Management within a health environment.
  • A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB/C1) is required.
  • Knowledge of health information management systems such as PHCIS, CLINICOM, Sinjani, or Tier.net.
  • Strong training and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Experience: Appropriate experience in Information Management in a health environment.

Inherent requirement of the job: Valid (Code B/EB/C1) driver’s licence.
