What You’ll Do
- Capture Log 1 requisitions and issue vouchers in line with the Standard Chart of Accounts (SCOA).
- Manage demand and acquisition processes, including Direct Delivery Voucher (DDV) operations.
- Utilize the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) to ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Prepare bidding templates and documentation for the Quotation Committee.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of clinical and non-pharmaceutical samples for evaluation.
- Report on stock levels to support effective inventory management and planning.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding orders.
- Assist with financial reporting and year-end processes.
- Provide warehouse support services, including stock handling and administrative tasks.
- Stay informed on departmental policies, prescripts, and procedures to ensure compliance.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject.
- Relevant experience in stock management within a store or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain and warehouse management processes, including demand planning and inventory optimization.
- A valid driver’s license is required for the role.
- Strong data collation and verification skills, with a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of LOGIS or Basic Accounting System (BAS) is an advantage.
