What You’ll Do
- Coordinate, capture, and process all received Section 205 applications.
- Receive and respond to requests for evidential communication analysis from various components and governmental departments.
- Manage and administer applications related to project-driven investigations effectively.
- Monitor approved project-driven investigations on the Organised Crime Threat Analysis System (OCTMS).
- Provide secretariat support to the National Project Committee during the evaluation of investigations.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards as prescribed by relevant legislation.
- Supervise and manage resources allocated to the team, ensuring operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database on NQF Level 4.
- Four (4) years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency in at least two (2) official languages, including English.
- South African citizenship with documentary proof required on the interview day.
- Clean criminal and departmental record with no pending cases.
- Competence in computer literacy and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or developmental courses will be an advantage.
