About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Gather and consolidate management information for various reports
- Maintain and update the management information database
- Assist in compiling reports and creating PowerPoint presentations
- Handle and update the fixed establishment of the division
- Compile and administer the HR plan based on monthly reports
- Develop and update templates used within the division
- Provide training to HR representatives across different components
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a related field
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- A three-year diploma or degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- A valid driver’s license for a light motor vehicle is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good general computer literacy including MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, demonstrating professionalism and accountability
