What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate effective administration services for the unit
- Provide corporate communication services to ensure clear information flow
- Oversee financial processes and activities within the unit
- Regulate and ensure compliance with human resource management policies
- Monitor and control the utilization of physical resources to prevent loss
- Maintain the vehicle fleet and ensure effective supply chain management functions
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in administrative functions, with at least four years in a relevant field
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- A three-year diploma or degree in a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is a plus
