What You’ll Do
- Supervise and manage financial accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee salary administration support services and ensure timely processing.
- Perform bookkeeping support services, maintaining accurate records of financial activities.
- Provide budget support services, assisting with planning and monitoring of financial resources.
- Supervise human resource functions, ensuring staff needs and compliance with policies are met.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial environment.
- A valid unexpired driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Basic knowledge of financial functions, practices, and relevant legislation (PFMA, DORA, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial operating systems such as PERSAL, BAS, and LOGIS.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commitment to accountability and ethical conduct.
