What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate an effective administration service within the unit.
  • Provide corporate communication services to enhance information flow.
  • Oversee financial processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Regulate and administer Human Resource Management policies.
  • Monitor and control loss management related to physical resources.
  • Maintain the vehicle fleet, ensuring it operates efficiently.
  • Facilitate effective Supply Chain Management functions.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated competency in planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to extend working hours when necessary.
