What You’ll Do

  • Source quotations for goods and services using the EPS system, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Prepare and submit quotation batches for review by the Quotation Committee.
  • Process and expedite purchase orders to facilitate timely delivery of supplies.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and end-users, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
  • Participate actively in the innovation team within SCM to enhance processes and work methods.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics or Accounting as subjects, or relevant experience focusing on the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the position.
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management and knowledge of Public Sector Procurement processes.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with procurement systems such as SYSPRO and EPS.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations regarding acquisition management.
