What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Investigative Psychology section.
- Maintain stationery stores and monitor office inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage leave registers, files, and other essential documentation.
- Collate and consolidate overtime remuneration data for the unit’s members.
- Ensure effective control over government property and resources.
- Collect, analyze, and manage statistics related to the section’s activities, storing this information electronically.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Strong general computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated competency in professional, independent, and accountable work practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work under pressure and during extended hours.
