What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for human resource management, including duty rosters and payroll certifications.
- Assist with the management of equipment inventories and inspections in line with supply chain management procedures.
- Conduct compliance evaluations for the TRT environment and compile related performance reports.
- Organize and coordinate strategic work sessions related to TRT activities.
- Support disciplinary actions and verification processes related to personnel and resources.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- Competency in acting independently, professionally, and with accountability.
