What You’ll Do
- Provide effective secretarial support for the Division Visible Policing and Operations.
- Schedule and manage logistical preparations for divisional meetings, including venues, meals, and equipment.
- Compile and distribute call-up instructions, agendas, and decision matrices.
- Prepare presentations for meetings and ensure the safekeeping of minutes and other critical documents.
- Maintain professionalism and accountability while managing administrative tasks.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when necessary.
- Demonstration of interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
