What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate effective administrative services within the unit.
- Provide corporate communication services to enhance unit operations.
- Oversee financial processes and activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Regulate and administer HR policies, ensuring adherence within the unit.
- Monitor and control the utilization of physical resources to minimize losses.
- Maintain the vehicle fleet and ensure efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer focus and willingness to work under pressure.
