What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate effective administration services within the unit.
- Provide corporate communication services to enhance internal and external communication.
- Oversee financial processes and activities to ensure accountability.
- Regulate and administer compliance with HRM policies.
- Monitor loss management regarding the utilization of physical resources.
- Maintain the vehicle fleet and ensure effective supply chain management functions.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours.
