What You’ll Do

  • Conduct spot checks on mail to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Process documents for archiving and disposal as needed

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of the National Archives guide and Record Service
  • Understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Batho Pele Principles
  • Familiarity with the Public Finance Management Act and other legislative requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal relations and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
