This initiative is designed to support the educational growth of students in KwaZulu-Natal, particularly those near Tronox KZN Sands operations.

Requirements/Qualifications

To qualify, you must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Have completed Matric
  • Be currently enrolled in the first year of study in 2026 for Electrical Engineering, Geology, or Information Technology
  • Not be registered with any SETA learnership programme

Preference is given to students from specific areas in KwaZulu-Natal, including Kwa Dube, Kwa Nzuza, Kwa Mkhwanazi, Ogagwini, Somopho, Macambini, Madlebe, Umhlathuze, Umlalazi, and Mandeni. Females and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Selection Process
