About the Opportunity

This initiative supports students entering their first, second, or third year of undergraduate studies in 2027 at recognized South African universities. The bursary is specifically designed for those pursuing careers in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (including Electronic Engineering), Geology, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mine Surveying, and Mining Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Recipients of the bursary are expected to maintain satisfactory academic performance and demonstrate a commitment to their chosen field of study. Participation in potential work-integrated learning opportunities offered by Samancor Chrome may also be required.
Requirements/Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be currently in Matric or have completed Matric.
- Be studying or planning to study an undergraduate qualification in one of the specified fields.
