About the Opportunity
Dunlop Tyres South Africa, in collaboration with Sumitomo Rubber South Africa, is offering the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2026. This initiative is geared towards unemployed South African youth who have completed a relevant qualification and are seeking practical experience. The programme spans a variety of fields, including technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and administrative disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences across multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to either manufacturing or corporate operations. This includes developing communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as acquiring technical or administrative workplace skills.
Requirements/Qualifications
– South African citizenship
– Age between 18 and 35 for Ladysmith, and 18 and 34 for Durban
– Currently unemployed
– Relevant Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
– No prior participation in a YES Programme
