Requirements/Qualifications

Eligible applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens.
  • Come from a disadvantaged background or rural community.
  • Be currently in Matric or have completed Matric.
  • Intend to study full-time in one of the approved fields at a recognized South African university.
  • Meet specific academic criteria, including a minimum of Level 5 in Mathematics and Physical Science or Geography for BSc applications, and Level 4 for Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma applications.
