About the Opportunity
Clover is excited to present a Call Centre Vacation Work Programme designed to provide young, unemployed South Africans with practical workplace experience. From December 2026 to January 2027, successful candidates will immerse themselves in the dynamic environment of Clover’s Customer Service Centre, honing skills in call centre operations, customer service, query resolution, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal relations.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in various customer service and call centre tasks, including handling inbound and outbound interactions, resolving customer queries and complaints, capturing and confirming customer orders, and promoting Clover products. Teamwork is essential, as learners will assist team members, work towards team targets, and participate in meetings.
Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants must have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification between 2021 and 2025, with a minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy. Advanced computer literacy is required, and candidates must be currently unemployed and have not previously participated in a learnership programme.
