What You’ll Do

  • Administer and process procurement requisitions in line with Supply Chain Management procedures.
  • Coordinate the acquisition, receipt, inspection, and distribution of equipment and stock.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels through needs assessments and inventory control.
  • Process and monitor invoices and supplier payments, ensuring timely financial administration.
  • Maintain and update procurement systems, supplier databases, and asset management records.
  • Compile and submit reports related to procurement, inventory, and supplier management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain management policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 qualification or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience in supply chain management or procurement.
  • A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate professionalism and accountability.
