What You’ll Do
- Administer procurement processes and logistical support within the Supply Chain Management subsection
- Manage the payment process to ensure timely and accurate transactions
- Issue and capture order forms to streamline procurement activities
- Liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant prescripts and regulations
- Provide support and training to staff within the supply chain management team
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in supply chain management or a related field
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 qualification
- A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle
- Proficiency in English and one other official language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, demonstrating accountability and professionalism
