Key Responsibilities
– Support sourcing projects from initial requirements to supplier engagement and bid evaluation.
– Conduct supplier and market research, gather category intelligence, and identify potential suppliers.
– Prepare requests for information and proposals, manage sourcing documentation, and maintain clarification logs.
– Analyze spending, pricing, and supplier data, and assist with negotiation preparation.
– Support contracting handovers and supplier performance activities.
Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree in fields such as Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics. An Honours degree is advantageous.
