What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and community stakeholders to optimize service delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate and a Bachelor of Social Work degree.
  • Registration with the South African Council for Social Services Profession (SACSSP) as a Social Worker.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong understanding of social dynamics, human behavior, and social systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage diverse community needs.
