What You’ll Do
- Conduct statistical analyses on education data and Stats-SA data.
- Integrate external data sources into useful analytical frameworks.
- Forecast trends to assist management in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments and sectors for comprehensive data analyses.
- Prepare and publish statistical reports for various platforms, including websites and newsletters.
- Liaise with the Chief Information Officer regarding statistical reporting and analyses.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant 3-year qualification (NQF6) in Statistics or a related field as recognized by SAQA.
- Extensive experience in statistical analyses or a mathematics-related environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and statistical software.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven report writing skills and sound human relations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license.
