What You’ll Do

• Conduct statistical analyses on education data and Stats-SA data.
• Integrate external data sources into useful analytical frameworks.
• Forecast trends to assist management in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments and sectors for comprehensive data analyses.
• Prepare and publish statistical reports for various platforms, including websites and newsletters.
• Liaise with the Chief Information Officer regarding statistical reporting and analyses.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant 3-year qualification (NQF6) in Statistics or a related field as recognized by SAQA.
• Extensive experience in statistical analyses or a mathematics-related environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and statistical software.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven report writing skills and sound human relations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license.
